Biography
Dr. Ing. Ryspek Usubamatov graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He is Professional Engineer in Mechanical, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, completed a Ph.D. in 1972 and Dr. Tech. Sc. in 1993. He worked as engineer at a company and lecturer in universities of Kyrgyzstan and Malaysia. He is Professor of Kyrgyz State Technical University has supervised around 100 Professional Engineer 15 M.Sc. and 8 Ph.D students. His key research are Productivity Theory for Industrial Engineering, Gyroscope Theory and Wind Turbines that represented by 8 books, 30 brochures, 61 patents of inventions and more than 350 manuscripts in reputed journals.

Biography
Abdeen Mustafa Omer (BSc, MSc, Ph.D.) is an Associate Researcher at the Energy Research Institute (ERI). He obtained both his Ph.D. degree in the Built Environment and Master of Philosophy degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record within the water industry and renewable energy technologies. He has been graduated from the University of El Menoufia, Egypt, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. His previous experience involved being a member of the research team at the National Council for Research/Energy Research Institute in Sudan and working director of research and development for National Water Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Sudan. He has been listed in the book WHO’S WHO in the World 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. He has published over 300 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 200 review articles, 17 books and 150 chapters in books.

Biography
Jinshun Bi is now a full professor with Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS). He is also serving as an adjunct professor in the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and Beijing Jiaotong University, China. He got the Ph.D. degree from IMECAS in 2008. He was a visiting scholar at Vanderbilt University, the USA in 2012 with Profs. Ron Schrimpf and DanFleetwood and in INSA, France in 2017 with Profs. Xuefang Lin-Shi and BrunoAllard. He is leading and joining more than 20 research programs including international projects. He has authored and co-authored more than 150 journal and conference papers with more than 70 patents granted and pending. His current research interests focus on radiation effects and hardening techniques of novel semiconductor technologies.
