Prof. Dr. Said Elshahat Abdallah is working as Professor of Agricultural Process Engineering, Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. He was born on January 6, 1972. He obtained his Ph. D. degree in Technical Sciences in November 2005 from the Faculty of Design, Don State Technical University, Russia. He prepared many scientific literatures such as Engineering of Food Factories and Dairy Plants, Engineering Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, introduction to agricultural process engineering, Instrumentation, Properties and Testing of Engineering Materials, Fitting of Curves and Differential Equations and Differentiation & Integration, etc… He published more than thirty research articles in international peerreviewed journals. He supervised, has done and examined about twenty M. Sc. and Ph. D. dissertations. He participated in several either local or international conferences on the topics of Agricultural Process Engineering. He contributed in the attendance of many meetings, workshops and training courses. He was awarded: Food Engineer of the Year Award – 2010; Excellence Award in International Scientific Publication – 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018; Arab Papers Published on Agriculture – 2012; Egypt 25 Foundation Award – 2012; Who's Who in the World – 2013, 2014 and 2015; 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century – 2013; Top 100 Engineers– 2013; International Biographical Center Man of The Year– 2013; Cambridge Certificate for Outstanding Engineering Achievement – 2013 and Cambridge Certificate for Outstanding EducationalAchievement – 2013. Iam a senior veterinarian my currently working with the General Organization for Export and Import Control Authority. I started my research on cancer after I got my doctoral degree in fish diseases and after knowing that there are red algae in Japan that help in treatment cancer, I think I might find a cure of cancer in the marine creations .My Research was begun in 2010 and may more than 7,000 papers were collected in Cancer, Biochemistry ,Cell Physiopathology ,Cell biology ,Natural food and Pharmaceutical science. After I understanding of the Quranic verse No. 8 surat aljomaa I wrote a three research papers which it were published in the Cell Bio Journal VOL.7,2018 The cancer has been described, the real cause, pathology and phases of the cancer formation, and I synthesized three therapeutic strategies dependent on making the programs of cell death run again Two of them are drugs and the third is food program . A cure rate of them is 100% to 200% within the period of 15days.

His passion lies in scientific, evidence-based interventions to improve health and wellbeing. He won the 2017 Jeffrey P. Koplan award for Excellence in Scientific presentation, awarded by CDC and TEPHINET, on the 26th of April 2017, during the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Global Scientific Conference in Atlanta Georgia. He also shared his scientific findings at other international conferences such as the 9th Global TEPHINET scientific conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand in August 2017, Third Annual Scientific Conference of MediPIET (ASC MediPIET) held in Brussels, Belgium, from 28th to 30th of November 2017, and at the 19th International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire from 4-9 December 2017
